By using our website or placing an order with *Zoltik*, you agree to the following terms:


### 1. Products & Orders


* All items are made to order. Please check sizes, colors, and designs before confirming.

* Custom orders are subject to approval before printing.


### 2. Payments


* Payment must be made in full before your item is processed.

* We accept UPI, card payments (via Razorpay), or cash-on-delivery (if available).


### 3. Shipping & Delivery


* We aim to ship within 2–5 working days.

* Delays due to courier services are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your parcel.


### 4. Returns & Refunds


* Custom items are *non-returnable* unless damaged or incorrect.

* In case of any issue, contact us within *48 hours* of delivery.


### 5. Intellectual Property


All content, images, and designs on this site are the property of *Zoltik*. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Return and Refund Policy – Zoltik

At Zoltik, we aim to provide you with the best quality custom T-shirts, gift items, and personalized products. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns only for defective or damaged products upon delivery.
     
  • Customized or personalized products (with names, photos, or designs) cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or incorrect due to our error.
     
  • To request a return, please contact us at zoltikstore@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product showing the defect/damage.
     

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund or replacement as per your choice.
     
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
     
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
     

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
     
  • After 12 hours, cancellations are not possible as production may have started, especially for customized products.
