* All items are made to order. Please check sizes, colors, and designs before confirming.

* Custom orders are subject to approval before printing.

### 2. Payments

* Payment must be made in full before your item is processed.

* We accept UPI, card payments (via Razorpay), or cash-on-delivery (if available).

### 3. Shipping & Delivery

* We aim to ship within 2–5 working days.

* Delays due to courier services are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your parcel.

### 4. Returns & Refunds

* Custom items are *non-returnable* unless damaged or incorrect.

* In case of any issue, contact us within *48 hours* of delivery.

### 5. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on this site are the property of *Zoltik*. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy – Zoltik

At Zoltik, we aim to provide you with the best quality custom T-shirts, gift items, and personalized products. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products upon delivery.
Customized or personalized products (with names, photos, or designs) cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or incorrect due to our error.
To request a return, please contact us at zoltikstore@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product showing the defect/damage.

2. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund or replacement as per your choice.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 12 hours, cancellations are not possible as production may have started, especially for customized products.
